The Group has an aggregate number of 38 production lines, of which eight are in Panyu, ten are in Zhongshan, eight are in Dongguan, four are in Fuzhou, and a further eight are in Vietnam.

Zhongshan Jing Mei Footwear Factory is a manufacturing complex established since September, 2000. Two adjoining sites, with a total area of approximately 91,000 sq. meters in Zhangjiabian, Zhongshan, PRC, were developed to house eight footwear production lines with ancillary facilities. This complex has a total of ten production lines, with a maximum production capacity of approximately 1 million pairs of shoes per month.

The other factory operated by the Group at Panyu, PRC plays a key supporting role when the new complex reaches full capacity during peak seasons.

Two other factories were acquired in the middle of 2003 and 2004. They were located at Dongguan and Fuzhou respectively. These acquisitions provided significant opportunities to achieve greater efficiency and costs savings through rationalisation of operations.

In 2006, the Group extended its production facilities to South East Asia. The establishment of four production lines in Vietnam was to secure lower production cost and more pro-factory government policies. Meanwhile in 2008, the production lines in the Vietnam factory have been doubled.

To satisfy the trend of globalisation, whereby customers place great emphasis not only on price and quality, but also on the working environment and staff welfare, the new complex reflects the Group’s commitment to the requirement in the modern footwear industry.
